Arrival & Departure

Full week bookings run Saturday to Saturday.

3 night bookings run Friday to Monday.

4 night bookings run Monday to Friday.

Arrival time is after 3pm and Departure before 10am please.

Variations to these days/times may apply over Christmas and New Year bookings. Please check at time of booking.

Payment by cheque please. Your booking will be held for a short period only until your payment is received.

When we receive your deposit, our booking confirmation will tell you when to pay the remaining cost. and advise you of travel directions and how to obtain your keys on the arrival day.

Payment in full is required for bookings made less than 10 weeks prior to departure.

Insurance

Our rental prices do not include any insurance provisions and you should therefore make you own provisions if required.

Cleaning

All properties are cleaned before lets. There is no extra charge for cleaning unless extra heavy cleaning is required after you leave or you do not leave the property and contents as you found them.
