  • Accessible Experience: We are continually working to improve access to our boats and facilities. While our vessels are not wheelchair accessible at present, we are happy to advise on the most suitable options and assist with boarding and disembarking.

  • Quiet Boats for Neurodivergent Visitors: We understand that a calm, low-stimulation environment can be important for some visitors, including autistic people. We offer quieter electric boats and can suggest less busy times of day but we are situated in a quiet part of the broads for a more peaceful experience. Please let us know if you’d benefit from a quieter option or specific adjustments.

  • Assistance and Support: Our friendly team is trained to offer respectful and helpful support, they will work with your family for the best experience for your group member or members that need assistance. Please let us know in advance if you have specific requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Inclusive Environment: We welcome individuals, couples, families, and groups from all walks of life. Discrimination of any kind has no place at Martham Ferry Day Boat Hire.

  • Service Animals: Assistance dogs are welcome aboard and at our site.
